How do I know?

Well, I have been there as a team leader, director for people management, and now leadership trainer. I worked for more than 12 years in international corporate companies. I know firsthand performance pressure, stress, teams’ struggles, toxic managers, problems with communication, and competing interests.

I also studied organizational development and management at Charles University.

And if I know one thing well then it is how to work with people.
